TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) govern your relationship with the https://www.agentscode.com website (the “Service”) operated by Agents Code (“us”, “we”, or “our”), and Agents Code the company.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using/subscribing to our Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is based on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and accept all legal consequences. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, please do not use the Service.
Purchases/Subscriptions
If you wish to purchase/subscribe to any product or service made available through Agents Code, you may be asked to provide certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, contact details, your picture, your Brokerage details, credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, your shipping information, and other details that may be relevant to your purchase and/or subscription package.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase, and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete, and that (iii) you will keep us up to date with any changes related to the information you have provided.
By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for any reason including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, an error in your order or other reasons we determine in our sole discretion.
Subscriptions
The Service is billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis only.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions and for the same term, unless you cancel it or Agents Code cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our support team Support@agentscode.com
A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Agents Code with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, province, postal code, telephone number, and valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Agents Code to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Agents Code will notify you accordingly, and payment shall be completed within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated in your subscription. If the Payment is not completed within the specified date, the subscription will be cancelled without further notice.
Fee Changes
Agents Code, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
Agents Code will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.
Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect, constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
Service Changes
We reserve the right to change any part/segment of the service and/or the Newsletter. The change may include, but not limited to; the order of the content, the sequence of the content, the segments of the newsletter, the default links to external sources. Such changes will not be communicated to the members/subscribers ahead of time and shall be deemed to be accepted as part of the subscription. Agents Code will diligently apply such changes for the purpose of enhancement/improvement to the service. Such changes will have no set duration or be applicable to a certain number of issues. There may be changes taking place on every issue and/or other changes that will last for an undisclosed number of issues.
Refunds
No Refunds will be allowed. Our subscription is currently available on a monthly basis only, A member/subscriber may cancel their subscription at any time.
The subscription may be restarted by the Same Client at a later date subject to a new subscription application being put forward by the member/subscriber again, and the payments being processed by the member/subscriber.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account and our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Intellectual Property
The Service and all contents, including but not limited to text, images, graphics and code are the property of Agents Code and are protected by copyright, trademarks, database and other intellectual property rights. You may display and copy, download or print portions of the material from the different areas of the Service only for your own use.. Any other use is strictly prohibited and may violate copyright, trademark and other laws. These Terms do not grant you a licence to use any trademark of Agents Code. You further agree not to use, change or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from the Service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you must contact us directly. Accounts are not cancelled until you receive confirmation from us.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please terminate your subscription
